This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accountable for managing a designated territory of named accounts at Foureyes.
• Generating new revenue through customer acquisition while simultaneously nurturing and expanding an existing portfolio of automotive dealership and dealer group accounts.
• Reports directly to the Director of Dealership Sales and collaborates closely with a cross-functional team including Customer Success, Onboarding, and Marketing to establish a robust sales pipeline aimed at achieving new business and retention targets.
• Engaging in prospecting, presenting, and developing client relationships to achieve new revenue objectives, alongside meeting with current clients quarterly to enhance revenue within those accounts.
• Achieve or surpass goals for prospecting and in-person new business meetings with potential clients monthly and quarterly to drive pipeline growth and conversion, fulfilling sales quota expectations. (75%)
• Achieve or surpass goals for in-person retention meetings with existing customers monthly and quarterly to maintain and expand your current portfolio. (25%)
• Participate in new business launch meetings for your accounts.
• Regularly execute activities that support a pipeline of new business, as well as upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet your assigned new business quota.
• Become proficient in the Foureyes product suite to conduct discovery calls, presentations, retention, and closing calls with both prospects and existing clients.
• Leverage your automotive industry knowledge to assist your assigned customers in utilizing Foureyes solutions to address day-to-day challenges in their dealerships.
• Collaborate within a team environment alongside your assigned Customer Success representatives to provide exceptional account support and customer experience.
• Monitor and record your daily sales and account management activities, opportunities, account plans, use cases, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Attend events in person to represent Foureyes as required.
• Contribute your unique perspectives, strategies, and ideas to further our company’s values, culture, and vision for the future.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Automotive Dealerships.
• Demonstrated success in a SaaS company environment.
• High achiever who consistently meets or exceeds quotas and possesses an unwavering drive to surpass personal performance.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to engage effectively with Executives, General Managers, and Directors.
• Proficient presenter with expertise in consultative sales, closing techniques, and sales strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of web presentations and related technology.
• Highly motivated self-starter driven by results.
• Positive mindset with a strong sense of accountability for both successes and setbacks.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience required.
• At least three years of experience in a field role with automotive dealerships, preferably with SaaS experience.
• Proficient in using a CRM, with Salesforce being preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the organization's regional service area.
