This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a strategic business plan aimed at maximizing new business production.
• Establish new customer connections and enhance relationships with existing clients.
• Identify retail agencies and brokers that have potential clients for the company's offerings.
• Meet with retail brokers in person on a monthly basis to educate them on underwriting preferences.
• Conduct weekly outreach calls to current and prospective agents and brokers.
• Collect and document competitive insights regarding other markets and broker engagement.
• Record prospecting activities in CRM software.
• Take part in insurance and fine art/collectible networking events.
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Underwriting teams to explore cross-selling opportunities.
• Engage with industry influencers to advocate for products and services.
• Attend targeted industry events to optimize new business prospects.
• Build and nurture current and future Affinity & Industry Partnerships to stimulate premium growth.
• Offer expert consultative advice in Fine Arts and Collectibles insurance.
• At least 5 years of experience in the insurance field.
• Demonstrated success in selling P&C insurance at retail or wholesale levels.
• Possession of a Property and Casualty broker’s license in the state of residence.
• Established relationships with retail brokers and agents within the assigned region.
• Capability to understand and manage personal sales metrics, with awareness of performance and areas for improvement.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant coverage, policy language, and risk management principles.
• Proficient knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sync, Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and enterprise software.
• Solid understanding of insurance pricing and rating methodologies.
• Awareness of claims processes and loss control operations.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is required.
• Unlimited quarterly commission potential.
• Summer Fridays: leave at 2:00 PM every Friday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
