This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Act as the main communication link between Onfly and our partners regarding commercial and strategic issues;
• Engage with clients face-to-face while pursuing new business opportunities for Onfly;
• Grasp the requirements of our partners, consistently looking for innovative ways to enhance business KPIs, generating insights, and offering post-sales support;
• Address inquiries and provide information on pricing, products, and services;
• Employ creativity while maintaining a focus on results;
• Surpass customer expectations by delivering groundbreaking and innovative solutions;
• Meet performance targets aligned with the company’s strategic objectives;
• Gather feedback and suggestions to enhance problem-solving efficiency, proactively proposing enhancements to internal processes.
• Eagerness to conduct in-person client visits;
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline;
• Prior experience in sales;
• Comprehensive business insight;
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities;
• Familiarity with CRM systems;
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• **Preferred qualifications**
• Previous experience in closing deals and managing accounts, ideally with client portfolios in software, technology, and online services (SaaS).
