• Oversee the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, presenting, and closing new business opportunities.
• Keep an up-to-date and precise sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce.
• Develop expertise in athenahealth’s sales methodology through systematic training and certification milestones.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations for potential clients via Microsoft Teams.
• Generate precise monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts in line with assigned quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, inside sales, and customer success—to create and progress leads.
• Efficiently finalize deals by utilizing the online contracting process.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity, such as crafting outreach materials, researching prospects, or summarizing customer insights, while staying updated on emerging AI capabilities.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate, client-facing roles.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (including inside sales, telesales, or quota-carrying positions).
• Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining organized workflows.
• Understanding and execution of a full-cycle sales process.
• Proven business acumen with a strong ability to learn quickly.
