This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Drive revenue growth in the region by creating and implementing a strategic sales plan centered on TPA solutions within the wider health plan ecosystem.
• Build and enhance relationships within a limited distribution network of brokers, consultants, and agents.
• Identify, nurture, and secure new business opportunities while reinforcing existing partner relationships.
• Educate broker partners about the comprehensive range of health plan solutions, focusing on TPA-led plan design and administration strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to brokers and consultants by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for plan design.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, operations, and leadership teams to create competitive and customized proposals.
• Lead presentations for finalists, strategy meetings, and discussions at the executive level with brokers and employer groups.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, offering accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities to proactively position solutions.
• Meet and surpass assigned sales targets, growth metrics, and profitability objectives.
• Ensure alignment with underwriting disciplines and long-term profitability strategies.
• Represent Crumdale at industry events and broker functions to enhance market presence.
• Foster a culture of alignment, innovation, and integrity.
• Over 5 years of successful sales experience in self-funded health plans, TPA platforms, stop-loss, or employee benefits sectors.
• Proven expertise in building and managing relationships with brokers and consultants.
• Established record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
• Strong grasp of alternative funding, captives, cost-containment strategies, and TPA operations.
• Ability to convey complex solutions in a consultative and value-oriented manner.
• Experience in navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and leading executive-level presentations.
• Proficient in pipeline management and CRM systems.
• Financial acumen with an emphasis on profitability.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the capability to work independently.
