This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Proven sales and management experience leading a team of senior sales professionals.
• Daily personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota achievement, sales presentations, and opportunity management across short, mid, and long-term horizons.
• Possess an extensive network of VAR resellers to address all relevant issues related to CrowdStrike's sales strategy and goal achievement.
• Identify, develop, and implement account strategies to secure new business opportunities while expanding revenue with customers throughout the assigned region, both independently and collaboratively.
• Scope, negotiate, and finalize agreements to surpass booking and revenue quota targets.
• Aim to gain access to decision-makers within key prospect accounts in the designated territory.
• Collaborate with operational peers across various functions (including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to enhance visibility with target accounts and foster engagement with target prospects at both individual contributor and executive levels.
• Work cooperatively within the partner ecosystem to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
• Capture, maintain, and share accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com/CLARITY and other data analytics tools.
• 5+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team that sells cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products to healthcare clients and prospects.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, as well as competitive offerings in the marketplace.
• Proven track record of surpassing booking and revenue targets.
• Successful experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
• Must be assertive, a self-starter with the ability to cultivate executive relationships, articulate CrowdStrike’s product and business strategies, and generate the demand necessary to close deals.
• Must possess the ability to understand how technology products and solutions address business challenges and the capacity to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and skill levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyze complex multivariate issues and use a systematic approach to achieve swift resolutions.
• Recognized experience in developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and presentation capabilities, both internally and externally.
• Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work remotely and be willing to travel on short notice.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
