This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the long-term expansion of Freestyle Libre products
• Enhance sales and profitability within the region
• Establish strategic partnerships with senior healthcare stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted advisor to regional stakeholders
• Innovate the application of omnichannel tools and platforms
• Lead intricate negotiations with regional stakeholders
• Oversee regional P&L and financial risks
• Cultivate a high-performing sales team
• Utilize Marketing and Customer analytics
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
• MBA is preferred, though not mandatory
• Proven experience in managing a sales team
• Minimum of 10-15 years in progressive sales management or relevant industry experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proven leadership capability to proactively identify changes and trends
