This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the sales strategy and planning for the field-based team.
• Achieve established short-term sales targets while aligning with long-term goals and objectives.
• Ensure that all aspects of the external market, segments, and internal enterprise are integrated into the strategy and planning process.
• Offer impactful coaching, mentoring, and guidance throughout the organization.
• Cultivate top talent by providing development and exposure opportunities.
• Over 5 years of experience in people leadership, preferably within sales leadership.
• Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, and marketing.
• Proven ability to establish a vision and develop a strategic plan.
• Capability to build and motivate individuals and teams towards success.
• Familiarity with project management practices.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in networking and collaborating across different functional areas.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving requirements.
• Must meet all relevant healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing criteria.
