This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Achieve consistent and sustainable sales and profit growth year-over-year within the designated geographic area.
• Meet both short-term and long-term strategic objectives through a strong emphasis on customer acquisition, retention, closing deals, and exceptional relationship management.
• Responsible for developing a comprehensive business plan and executing it successfully.
• Maintain a strong focus on expanding and managing an accurate sales funnel.
• Regularly update the CRM tool to document customer-related activities.
• Serve as a customer advocate within our organization, responding to inquiries regarding inventory levels, shipment statuses, purchase orders, forecasts, and quote requests.
• Engage in proactive prospecting for new customers while managing existing accounts.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of successful field sales experience or growth in lubrication or a related field (preferred).
• Technical sales experience with a strong mechanical aptitude/ability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, accompanied by strong presentation capabilities.
• A proven history of acquiring new business.
• Proficient in using CRM and SFA tools is required.
• Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time within the US as necessary.
