Regional Sales Director – Channel Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Recruit, guide, mentor, and develop a team of Channel Managers to ensure they achieve and surpass pipeline and revenue objectives.

• Create a data-centric, fast-paced partner management environment, establishing clear KPIs for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

• Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and skill enhancement to bolster expertise in partner management, co-selling, and strategic relationship development.

• Oversee ongoing training to guarantee the team possesses in-depth product knowledge and is fully prepared to support partners’ sales processes.

• Develop and implement the regional channel strategy, leading your team in recruiting, enabling, and scaling high-value partners across EMEA and APAC.

• Identify and deploy new partner programs, incentives, and go-to-market strategies to enhance revenue potential.

• Ensure consistency and predictability in partner performance by designing metric-driven activity models for the team.

• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to facilitate co-selling, co-marketing, and seamless partner experiences.

• Serve as the escalation point for strategic partners, assisting in removing obstacles and supporting significant opportunities identified by your team.

• Monitor and report on partner team activities, sourced and influenced revenue, and pipeline generation on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

• Provide accurate and timely forecasts for your region, ensuring your team adheres to operational excellence in Salesforce and partner management tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SFDC, PRM/partner portals, Salesloft, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Background in the IT, SaaS, or Digital Marketing sectors—particularly with agencies or consultancies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines.

• 3–5 years of experience in managing channel, partnerships, or sales teams, preferably within APAC or EMEA.

• Over 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in channel sales, partnerships, or business development.

• Demonstrated success in leading teams to surpass partner pipeline and revenue targets.

• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly metric-focused, self-driven, and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced setting.

• SaaS or MarTech experience is highly desirable.

• Travel is encouraged but not mandatory.
