This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver coaching through one-on-one sessions, ride-alongs, and deal evaluations to nurture a diverse team that includes both emerging and experienced representatives.
• Maintain a consistent emphasis on pipeline development throughout the Eastern region to secure ongoing growth and meet regional objectives.
• Collaborate directly with Account Executives on intricate, strategic deals (Annual Contract Values ranging from $50K to $500K+) to engage multiple stakeholders and enhance win rates.
• Serve as a key player in sales enablement and training for the larger organization, fulfilling an essential function in our existing framework.
• Uphold a stringent, repeatable inspection routine and ensure meticulous CRM upkeep without being constrained by methodology.
• Travel as necessary to engage with customers and representatives on-site, exemplifying a hands-on leadership approach rather than overseeing from a desk.
• Establish robust working relationships with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to provide seamless customer experiences.
• Required background in Construction, AEC, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of five or more Account Executives as a first-line manager in B2B SaaS, preferably with over three years at the Director level.
• A proven history of scaling a sales team or region from "A to B."
• Recent experience in managing and coaching complex, value-driven sales cycles lasting between three to six months.
• Ideally, you have transitioned through the journey of a nimble startup to significant growth or acquisition phases.
• A solution-oriented attitude with the capability to "figure things out" and take ownership of results without waiting for guidance.
• A strong professional network of top performers who would be inclined to join you in a growing organization.
