• Establish, cultivate, and sustain sales initiatives and processes to guarantee the highest possible standards of client service.
• Generate new leads by identifying prospective clients.
• Effectively market the company’s products and services while developing new business opportunities through lead identification, prospect qualification, and relationship building.
• Maintain and foster a robust pipeline of client deals and manage upsells for certain clients within defined timeframes.
• Develop knowledge and relationships with clients within the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed all individual sales targets and quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Capable of implementing innovative ideas and strategies for the growth and success of the sales division.
• Efficiently create, plan, and deliver presentations on the company’s offerings.
• Assist in determining pricing structures, preparing quotes, delivering proposals, and negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
• Contribute to a dynamic, competitive, and supportive team culture where all members are focused on achieving success for their accounts and nurturing enduring client relationships.
• Provide effective advice to clients, present services, address objections, and offer consultations and recommendations.
• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in physician recruitment or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales specifically within healthcare recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to C-suite executives, HR departments, and senior leadership.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with colleagues, management, clients, and internal departments.
• Excellent history of achieving targets (sales, revenue, quotas, margins, etc.).
• Demonstrates a collaborative and supportive attitude towards colleagues.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven experience in issue resolution, brainstorming, and problem-solving.
