This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Surpass designated sales targets and pipeline development goals within the specified territory.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage a multifaceted sales process from initial qualification to final closure effectively.
• Proactively formulates and implements a comprehensive strategic territory plan.
• Cultivates relationships with key accounts in the assigned area to establish a strong competitive edge.
• Collaborates with business development to assess, identify, and promptly follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing initiatives and other outreach efforts.
• Generate and nurture qualified leads, which entails identifying, prioritizing, and engaging with contacts and targets as part of your territory strategy.
• Understands and can convey the value of all HCHB solutions and services, along with their interoperability and operational advantages for agencies.
• Showcase key features of the software solution, utilizing client success stories to illustrate the value of HCHB.
• Collaborate with the product specialist team to conduct effective product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
• Provide an accurate sales forecast and other activity-based updates to the sales leadership team.
• Record activities in SalesForce.com to capture relevant details about each prospect, enhancing the sales process and management reporting capabilities.
• Oversee the RFP process for your designated accounts.
• Organize and engage in site visits, reference calls, contract negotiations, and financial proposals/ROI discussions.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing clients, including C-Level executives.
• Coordinate client case studies and significant user stories in collaboration with marketing.
• Participate in trade shows and conferences within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales.
• Experience in the Post-Acute sector is a plus.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be taken into account.
• Citizenship: HCHB mandates that all applicants must be U.S. citizens or possess a green card that allows them to work in the U.S. without being subject to export control restrictions.
