This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop outstanding sales and selling strategies with the enthusiasm and determination to guide Workday Customers through their post go-live journey.
• Oversee a substantial geographical sales territory, achieving specified quarterly and annual goals.
• Operate both independently and collaboratively within your designated area to close deals, secure business, and meet sales objectives.
• Offer consulting and delivery services to enterprise-level clients.
• Foster relationships with potential customers for Workday sales, service, and customer success initiatives.
• Adopt a boutique startup mentality and demonstrate a proactive "can get it done" attitude in both thought and action.
• Strategically develop further business opportunities with existing clients.
• Surpass targets by exploring multiple sales channels, implementing strategic objectives, and achieving desired outcomes.
• Execute sales strategies with the necessary energy and drive to support and disseminate knowledge throughout the post go-live journey.
• Prior experience in Cloud or Consulting Sales.
• Over 5 years of experience selling Workday Solutions/Workday Professional Services, or more than 7 years in professional services, cloud sales, or client partner sales roles.
• Extensive experience with Workday, Oracle Cloud, UKG, or other Cloud HCM, Financial Management, Planning, or Reporting solutions and their delivery.
• Documented success in surpassing sales targets across various selling channels.
• Experience managing a large geographical sales territory.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling and effective outbound prospect-facing materials.
• Proficient in using salesforce.com for managing leads and accounts.
• Strong skills in salesforce.com.
• Flourish in a boutique startup environment and maintain a “can do” attitude.
• Enthusiastic about assisting Customers in finding post go-live solutions to their current systems ownership challenges.
