This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop, implement, and oversee the sales strategy, in collaboration with product management, marketing, and technical support for the Videndum range of products and services.
• Lead the sales team to foster business growth across all customer segments while sharing responsibility with the technical support team for enhancing strategy and customer experience.
• Guide and mentor the sales teams to enhance their skills by offering direction, advice, feedback, and support.
• Conduct a thorough assessment of the customer business landscape, including needs, capabilities, and competitive dynamics to uncover unique business opportunities.
• Initiate new strategic customer acquisition efforts, collaborating with technical support and product management to enhance customer acquisition and retention in broadcast, media production, and emerging markets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers at a senior level.
• Support the sales team in creating and presenting proposals to key stakeholders, influencers, and customers to effectively communicate the Videndum value proposition.
• Engage in consultative selling of the Videndum portfolio to contribute to business growth and profitability.
• Ensure that the region operates in alignment with the Videndum Mindset, Code of Conduct, DOA, and Governance, as well as adhering to Company and regional regulations.
• Results-oriented and performance-driven, with a proven history of meeting targets and objectives.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to network and cultivate relationships at a senior level within customer accounts.
• Experience in B2B sales management.
• Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce.
• Fluent in English and comfortable operating within an English-speaking environment.
