This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Drive revenue growth post-transition, enhance GDC production, and accumulate assets for EAR advisors.
• Collaborate with advisors to create and implement 12-month growth strategies aimed at revenue recovery and acceleration.
• Track advisor performance against pre-transition production metrics and growth objectives.
• Recognize opportunities to boost client acquisition, strengthen client relationships, and increase wallet share.
• Assist in executing business development and client acquisition strategies.
• Perform thorough reviews of the book of business.
• Assess client segmentation, revenue concentration, and advisor pipelines.
• Formulate actionable recommendations and business plans.
• Leverage performance reporting and business intelligence tools to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Provide personalized coaching, practice consultations, and organized growth planning sessions.
• Advise advisors on establishing scalable business processes, client service frameworks, and prospecting strategies.
• Lead accountability conversations centered on activity, pipeline development, and business outcomes.
• Train advisors to utilize Ameriprise resources, technology, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee advisor involvement in the EAR Ramp Up program and associated growth efforts.
• Align coaching strategies with field leaders, lead advisors, and business partners.
• Monitor advisor participation, engagement, and performance throughout the ramp-up phase.
• Facilitate transitions from onboarding and ramp-up to long-term growth programs.
• Share best practices and success narratives across cohorts.
• Work in conjunction with Franchise Field Partners, Complex Directors, Lead Advisors, Wealth Management, RiverSource, and product specialists.
• Conduct regular business evaluations with field leaders.
• Track advisor performance in terms of GDC growth, asset gathering, net flows, client acquisition, pipeline activity, and book retention.
• Maintain scorecards and conduct business reviews.
• Provide leadership with updates on advisor engagement, growth prospects, and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in client meetings, supporting or facilitating discussions and case analyses.
• Capability to review, analyze, and collect data; identify trends; and develop solutions to address gaps in plans.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire advisors, leaders, and field staff; effectively engage to meet territory objectives.
• FINRA Series 7 license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.
• Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.
• Active State IAR (S65 or S66) or the ability to secure it within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Valid work authorization that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States.
• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Wealth Management and Risk, along with some expertise in the area.
• Sales experience coupled with coaching skills.
