This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Promote and market Heath’s comprehensive range of products, equipment, and field services to utility clients, contractors, and industry partners throughout the Southwest region.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, focusing on client retention, satisfaction, and consistent revenue growth year-over-year.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, participation in trade associations, and cold outreach efforts.
• Prepare and present customized quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored for both field-level contacts and executive stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and ongoing support after the sale.
• Represent Heath at industry events, trade shows, and training conferences, while also building your personal brand within the natural gas community.
• Keep accurate and timely records in Salesforce CRM, including tracking activities and managing the sales pipeline.
• Contribute to territory forecasting and budgeting, providing monthly reports to leadership on sales activities and client engagement.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development, ideally with technical or industrial products.
• At least 1 year of experience within the natural gas, utilities, energy, or construction sectors.
• Proven success in building client relationships and consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both field-level and executive audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Willingness and capability to travel over 90% of the time, including overnight stays and frequent air travel.
• Candidates must reside in (or be open to relocating to) NV, UT, Southern CA, AZ, or NM, and live near a major airport.
• Preferably hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in selling to gas utilities, municipalities, or infrastructure clients is a plus.
• Background in technical product demonstrations or service-oriented solutions is desirable.
