This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Retain and grow assigned accounts within your designated geographic region.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on a daily basis.
• Market and sell Signode’s advanced packaging systems utilized across various industries.
• Oversee existing customers as a comprehensive seller.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets by leveraging the full range of Signode's products and services.
• Responsible for renewal and expansion sales, including cross-selling and up-selling.
• Develop account plans for key clients and present them to customer representatives.
• Provide industry insights to colleagues, including teams in product management, product development, and equipment sales.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams on account management, projects, and departmental initiatives.
• Engage in Training & Development opportunities to continually enhance skills, improve performance, and support career progression.
• An Associate’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in consultative sales, with a strong emphasis on industrial sales.
• Must reside in the Houston Metro, TX area; willing to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
• Familiarity with Signode’s products and applications to effectively provide solutions that align with customer needs.
• Strong mechanical and manufacturing understanding.
• Proficient in using a CRM and interpreting dashboards in PowerBi, along with general MS Office skills.
• Strong technological proficiency, including knowledge of social media to enhance engagement with current customers and prospects.
