• Assisting the efforts of the firm's Regional Directors
• Engaging with current or prospective advisor clients as necessary
• Evaluating interest in Frontier’s services and supplying relevant information
• Identifying potential clients utilizing the firm’s internal database along with external resources
• Conducting follow-up after sales meetings and executing sales calls and presentations
• Facilitating the logistics of conference participation by Frontier staff
• Maintaining the SalesForce database for current and prospective Advisors
• Traveling quarterly
• Commitment to ongoing education
• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of one year of experience in financial services sales
• Exhibit a strong customer service orientation
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects
• Outstanding written, oral, and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including: SalesForce, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
• Interest in obtaining Series 65 and/or CFP certifications
• Solid understanding of financial services
