This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee, organize, and drive daily tasks and projects for the embedded program in the Americas while collaborating with the client and their direct reports to develop and implement projects.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert in product development and quality assurance, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet the program's high standards.
• Align team responsibilities with the client's mission and objectives.
• Lead the scheduling team, offering guidance and mentorship to achieve optimal performance.
• Identify new requirements and welcome the adoption of emerging responsibilities.
• Modify procedures, policies, and business practices as necessary.
• Assess the programmatic and training needs of the team and effectively communicate these to the client manager or Control Risks as appropriate. This may include staffing requirements, vendor tool needs, training, conference/event attendance, etc.
• Exemplify best business practices and professional conduct, providing feedback and guidance to Analysts on these practices.
• Handle complex cases for the investigations team.
• The Regional Operations Manager should possess 8-10 years of experience or exhibit equivalent skills.
• Proficiency in SQL is essential.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, leveraging data insights to guide risk management decisions.
• Prior experience in trust & safety, fraud detection, or risk management within a user-centric platform.
• Proven track record as a forward-thinking and innovative strategist, capable of anticipating emerging risks and formulating effective strategies, products, and methodologies to address them.
• Familiarity with the criminal applications of technology is preferred.
• Experience in creating and presenting comprehensive intelligence reports on geopolitical, cyber, and violent actor behaviors and their effects on product exposure.
• A history of analyzing and mitigating high-impact threats and threat actors.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical and statistical methods to tackle real-world challenges using extensive data.
• Experience managing projects with organization-wide implications and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across various locations and time zones.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively convey complex data and insights to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in French, Mandarin, or Spanish is a plus.
