This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and cultivate essential regional markets to boost the number of submitted applications and enhance enrollment rates.
• Manage and refresh the school’s customer relationship management system.
• Actively advocate for the university to prospective students.
• Provide precise and enthusiastic responses to inquiries regarding the university’s academic offerings.
• Organize and oversee both online and in-person recruitment events.
• Lead and supervise a team of recruitment advisors and/or interns.
• Train team members to improve their skills in recruitment methodologies.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to maintain a high standard of applicant selection.
• Engage with professional and governmental organizations.
• Build relationships with local Alumni chapters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Sales & Marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in student recruitment.
• Understanding of secondary and tertiary educational systems.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French) relevant to your assigned regions is highly preferred.
• Experience in studying, working, or traveling abroad.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to synthesize insights to generate recruitment opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to all deliverables.
• Ability to align recruitment strategies with the organization’s mission.
