• Communicate the status and outcomes of advisor recruiting efficiently.
• Address advisor inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
• Assess advisor practices to determine the portability of assets.
• Generate a high volume of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing methods.
• Establish centers of influence to enhance advisor referral opportunities.
• Stay updated on current competitive intelligence within the industry.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years).
• 7-10 years of pertinent experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of products, processes, and capabilities related to broker-dealers.
• Experience in recruitment efforts within the financial services sector.
• Proven track record of delivering results while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, tracking, and follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Series 7 certification preferred.
• Valid work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship.
