This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as a bridge between the Offices of Admissions and Financial Aid, various academic departments, and other entities within the University.
• Accountable for outreach initiatives and the recruitment of prospective undergraduate and graduate students.
• Traveling to and from or within designated recruitment regions.
• Visiting high school campuses, community colleges, and participating in related events.
• Organizing, scheduling, and executing a personalized recruitment itinerary.
• Offering guidance to students and families regarding educational options and opportunities.
• Planning, designing, executing, and assessing programs, special projects, events, and other initiatives aimed at student recruitment.
• Evaluating trends in student recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Delivering presentations for parent nights in high schools, community colleges, and other public settings.
• Assisting in the creation and distribution of resource and promotional materials.
• Reviewing individual applications and assessing candidates for admission eligibility.
• Resolving issues related to applications.
• Managing and/or coordinating communications with applicants.
• Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and contacts.
• Supporting other student service projects and events as needed.
• Striving to meet annual recruitment goals assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1 – 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Related experience, especially in customer service or roles involving public interaction.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
