Regional Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and hiring.

• Actively seek out and engage both passive and active candidates via various sourcing channels.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and offer strategic hiring advice.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines for present and future hiring demands.

• Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.

• Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Assist in recruitment initiatives, process enhancements, and employer branding efforts.

• Utilize market insights and talent trends to shape hiring strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, including senior-level and difficult-to-fill roles.

• Demonstrated proficiency in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates.

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international setting.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and spoken skills.
