
Regional Project Solutions Manager – West Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Oversee SBD's participation in large-scale construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project timelines.
• Guide, develop, and lead a team of Project Solution Managers, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Set and manage sales objectives and forecasts, creating strategies to achieve double-digit growth while adhering to P&L and T&E budget objectives.
• Cultivate and sustain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors, tailoring SBD solutions to enhance efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Formulate and implement detailed engagement plans for designated projects, coordinating SBD resources and internal teams for prompt delivery and issue resolution.
• Recognize new avenues for SBD to provide value and improve customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project advancement, oversee budgets, and regularly update leadership on project metrics and SBD’s contributions.
• Utilize essential business systems to monitor opportunities and report on performance.
• Organize and conduct meetings and events to boost engagement and achieve results.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and advocate for best practices in all stages of the project.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or construction project management, showcasing a successful record of delivering outcomes.
• At least 3 years of direct managerial experience in leading teams is preferred.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications are desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
• Experience in managing and executing regional budgets within forecast and allocation parameters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), SAP, Salesforce.com, and smartphone usage.
• A valid Driver's License and willingness to travel up to 60%.
