This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.
• Oversee SBD's participation in extensive construction projects from initial planning through to project completion.
• Guide, nurture, and lead a team of Project Solution Managers.
• Set and manage sales objectives and forecasts, creating strategies aimed at achieving double-digit growth.
• Establish and sustain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Create and implement detailed engagement plans for assigned projects.
• Identify new avenues for SBD to provide value and improve customer satisfaction.
• Track project progress, manage budgets, and deliver regular updates to leadership regarding project metrics.
• Utilize essential business systems to monitor opportunities and report on performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and advocate for best practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or construction project management.
• At least 3 years of direct management experience leading teams is preferred.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications are preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), SAP, and Salesforce.com.
• A valid Driver's License with the capability to travel up to 60%.
