This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan, +1 more country.
• Lead cross-functional project management teams for global Phase II and III studies within the APAC region.
• Act as the main point of contact for specific projects.
• Cultivate effective working relationships with clients.
• Plan, schedule, and execute cross-functional projects.
• Define the project scope, resource needs, and expected deliverables.
• Create risk mitigation strategies, action plans, and resolutions for issues.
• Proactively oversee study budgets and manage changes in scope.
• Collaborate with Business Development to ensure timely completion of change orders.
• Monitor project deliverables using suitable tools.
• Execute quality control measures and track quality metrics.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, provide project training, and formulate succession plans.
• Oversee projects in accordance with contract specifications, including budgets, invoicing, progress reporting, and quality control.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to identify new growth opportunities.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in comprehensive project management.
• At least 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research sector.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH GCP and pertinent regulations.
• Fundamental understanding of drug development and clinical trial processes.
• Relevant industry experience with a progression of responsibilities.
• Experience in clinical, data management, statistical management, or similar project teams.
• Proven experience in leadership and/or management roles with satisfactory progression.
• Preferred experience in project management within the APAC region.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree in a Health Science field; clinical or pharmacy major preferred.
