Regional Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise, manage, and coordinate the activities of project teams.

• Ensure the uniformity of Clinical Operations processes across various regions.

• Achieve study milestones at both country and regional levels.

• Guarantee adherence to industry regulations and essential study documentation.

• Gather and communicate project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Create and revise project planning documents as necessary.

• Oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for clinical project teams.

• Facilitate site contractual startup and budget discussions.

• Establish effective communication channels within the project team.

• Provide therapeutic area training to the project team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.

• Previous experience in Clinical Research and on-site monitoring.

• Background as a Study Manager or Clinical Trial Manager.

• Experience in the field of Oncology.

• Fluent in English with full working proficiency.

• Skilled in MS Office applications, including MS Project.
