Regional Product Manager – Competitive Equipment, Refining, Screening, Cleaning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the expansion and profitability of the competitive refining, screening, and cleaning service portfolio (both OEM and non-OEM).

• Evaluate market dynamics, competitor offerings, and ANDRITZ's positioning to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Propel innovation, optimization, and service differentiation throughout the product line.

• Deliver technical and commercial guidance to the sales team (in both equipment and services).

• Assist in proposal creation, product costing, pricing strategy, and margin enhancement.

• Collaborate with the Refining/Screening/Cleaning Manager, Site Managers, and Regional Managers to synchronize commercial strategy.

• Aid in reverse engineering, service sourcing, and parts development for competitive equipment.

• Work alongside regional and global product teams on new service offerings, product improvements, and R&D projects.

• Engage in service execution, system optimization, and customer site support as necessary.

• Impact production and purchasing decisions to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting by providing insights from sales and management teams.

• Contribute to both long-term and short-term strategic planning, including sales targets and training requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.

• Strong technical skills with the capability to address mechanical and process-related issues.

• Demonstrated experience in industrial sales, service, or technical leadership positions.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Solid organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
