This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the regional Immunology disease area cross-functional core team as part of the larger Integrated Brand Value Team (IBVT).
• Drive initiatives for the Strategic Marketing team, executing exceptional marketing strategies, policies, and tools while assessing the impact of initiatives within designated timelines.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to effectively highlight local needs, ensuring that global plans and resources align with and incorporate LATAM priorities.
• Work alongside Country Value Team Leaders (CVTLs) and local product managers to identify regional programs that support the therapeutic area and encourage best-practice sharing throughout LATAM.
• Infuse Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team objectives and decision-making processes.
• Spearhead the joint development of the regional key-inline brand strategy with IBVT and CVT members.
• Project future pipeline brands for the Long Range Financial Plan.
• Formulate strategic plans for pipeline assets (and/or indications) to direct market shaping initiatives necessary for upcoming launches.
• Collaborate with IBVT to assess opportunities for expected regulatory submissions in the region.
• Analyze and prioritize pipeline assets (and/or indications) by cluster for launch recommendations directed at local leaders.
• Create Business Cases for pipeline products to evaluate commercial prospects within the region.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings for launching products in the region and conduct discussions on Launch excellence with clusters.
• Partner with local operating companies and global colleagues for material development, market research, advisory board execution, and market entry evaluations.
• Produce and update Brand Books containing core strategy, messaging platform, and tactical plans.
• Identify product-specific regional growth initiatives and provide collaboration, networking, and support to operating companies in their implementation.
• Manage the regional brand budget while identifying cost efficiencies.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Demonstrated healthcare expertise, evidenced by over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical strategic marketing.
• Strategic thinker with proven skills in problem-solving and strategic analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
• Exceptional at building connections with others.
