• Develop innovative solutions and improve existing products based on client feedback and market needs.
• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap, keeping an eye on market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor movements to pinpoint opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and commercialisation.
• Track product performance and operational KPIs to initiate optimisation efforts that enhance transaction success and improve the merchant experience.
• Leverage data to identify trends and make informed, data-driven decisions regarding enhancements and new features.
• Cultivate relationships with external partners to ensure effective collaboration and solution delivery.
• Work with external partners to align roadmaps and achieve successful outcomes that drive revenue.
• Established experience in product delivery, product management, or a related business area.
• Comprehensive knowledge of international payments and transaction processes, including card-present and card-not-present experiences.
• Proven capability to define, monitor, and report on KPIs that assess product and operational performance.
• Expertise in utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the competency to clearly convey key issues and highlights to executive-level audiences.
