This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• At ALTOUR, oversee the intricacies of connecting individuals to enable them to represent their brands in the most effective manner possible.

• Assist in the daily administration and operation of the global Meetings & Events program.

• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure successful execution and acceptance.

• Aid in governance activities, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and management of escalations.

• Contribute to the implementation and refinement of Meetings & Events operating processes and standards.

• Act as the primary administrator for Cvent.

• Maintain and continuously enhance platform governance, data standards, and reporting frameworks.

• Provide onboarding and training for US stakeholders and internal ALTOUR meeting planners.

• Oversee compliance with Meetings & Events policies, corporate requirements, and established operating procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Meetings & Events operations.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting event technology platforms, with considerable experience in administering and managing Cvent.

• Proficient in managing platform configuration, user administration, reporting, integrations, and technology adoption initiatives.

• Skilled in driving organizational change, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement within global programs, promoting change and acceptance.

• Experienced in supporting global Meetings & Events programs.

• Proven ability to work in collaborative environments, building and influencing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various regions, cultures, and functions.

• Strong understanding of Meetings & Events governance, sourcing, compliance, and operational processes.

• Experience in training, stakeholder engagement, and support models.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for generating actionable insights.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Project management experience, capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities.

• Documented experience in fostering an inclusive work environment and promoting team success.
