This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the SME organization.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of business needs, project scope, and ERP knowledge within the designated functional area.
• Ensure that existing business processes are adequately supported by the ERP system.
• Configure functional requirements with the potential for future enhancements.
• Deliver ERP training to end users effectively.
• Assess process gaps and establish best practices in collaboration with site, regional, and global team leaders.
• Document and finalize business processes that significantly deviate from Corporate business practices through closed-loop processes and procedures.
• Ensure that training materials for end users are well-structured and effectively presented during training sessions.
• Prepare end users for the new ERP system through comprehensive training.
• Evaluate business scenarios thoroughly during integration testing with the relevant functional area.
• Oversee the coordination of data clean-up and data mapping to ensure effective validation in the new system.
• Facilitate smooth implementation without disrupting business operations in line with go-live schedules.
• Engage in ERP upgrades and coordinate global enhancements of the ERP system.
• Organize necessary revision classes to enhance system knowledge for relevant end users.
• Minimum of 4 years in a functional role.
• Degree or advanced functional qualification is preferred.
• Silver Lean certification is preferred.
• Strong grasp of functional baselines, processes, and systems.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies with practical application experience.
• Advanced technical skills related to tools and systems pertinent to the functional area.
• Capability to create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for IT enhancements and projects.
• Basic project management abilities, including planning, coordination, and follow-up.
• Proficiency in developing clear procedures, playbooks, and training materials for the functional area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by a data-driven approach.
