• Act as the main liaison with essential partners and clients to achieve set objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Design and deliver tailored training programs to support OEM auto manufacturers and/or their dealership network in enhancing their Finance & Insurance business.
• Utilize the Safe-Guard Training platform as a key differentiator and added value product/service.
• Create a significant presence at industry events, conferences, and publications on behalf of Safe-Guard.
• Collaborate with the Sales Management Team and engage in initiatives aimed at maximizing sales revenue.
• Improve programs and systems related to Safe-Guard product knowledge, menu selling expertise, and handling objections with industry stakeholders.
• Organize Regional and Dealership training seminars designed to boost dealer profitability and enhance product sales penetration.
• Develop and implement training and marketing materials approved by Managers and Companies.
• Support Dealers in adhering to relevant laws and regulations through best practice reviews and ongoing training.
• Promote and facilitate Dealer involvement in comprehensive F&I certification and training classes organized by Safe-Guard.
• Train and educate all relevant departments and personnel on the features, benefits, and value of Safe-Guard products.
• Execute action plans to drive increased sales of Safe-Guard products and services.
• Foster relationships with key partners and collaborate closely to formulate win/win strategies that enhance productivity.
• Over 6 years of experience in automotive retail-related management (F&I, Sales Manager, GSM, GM, Training Specialist).
• More than 2 years of specific F&I experience (which may be included in the 6+ years mentioned above).
• At least 3 years of demonstrated territory management and training experience (may also be included in the 6+ years above).
• In-depth knowledge and experience in menu selling.
• Proficient in selling the current F&I product suite portfolio.
• Experienced in account development with consistent results.
• Skilled in hands-on training development for dealership personnel and/or 'train the trainer' in-store development.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and public speaking abilities.
• Proven track record of success in creating innovative programs through the execution of established conversion methods.
• Must be willing to travel at least 70% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
