This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Establishing a strategic partnership with the organization to enhance overall operational efficiency and division performance.
• Offering coaching and support to leaders concerning workforce planning, cultural development, organizational policies & procedures, and the communication of key initiatives.
• Implementing people programs such as talent reviews, performance calibrations, merit and incentive awards, and engagement surveys/action plans.
• Addressing associate relations issues responsively and managing conflict in various situations, including performance coaching or dissatisfied associates, while guiding associates to appropriate support resources as needed.
• Evaluating and executing proactive retention strategies.
• Collaborating with leadership to assess leadership capabilities and ensure development and succession plans are established to meet current and future business needs.
• Coaching and facilitating leadership development programs to enhance capabilities and promote organizational health by fostering associate engagement.
• Acting as a change agent, consistently reminding and reinforcing key messages.
• Engaging in the Company's response to union organizing efforts.
• Working cross-functionally to ensure adherence to all applicable Federal, State, and Local legislative requirements.
• Upholding the confidentiality of financial information, insurance and litigation documents, associate data (including wage information, disciplinary actions, and health information), and other sensitive and confidential materials.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 7-9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Human Resources (Business Partner) within a geographically dispersed retail, supply chain/manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Multi-site Human Resources experience is required.
• Previous health and safety experience is preferred.
• Strong business acumen.
