This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Assist in the design, execution, and management of compensation and benefits programs throughout the EMEA and APAC regions.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and consistently implemented.
• Combine program support with hands-on regional delivery, necessitating robust analytical skills and market knowledge.
• Aid in the creation, enhancement, and deployment of compensation philosophies and benefits harmonization initiatives.
• Actively conduct market research and provide analytical insights.
• Suggest improvements based on emerging trends in global and regional markets.
• Support the global compensation team in managing compensation and recognition programs.
• Generate reports, analytics, dashboards, and presentations.
• Ensure that compensation programs adhere to local employment laws and internal standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing compensation and/or benefits programs; experience across multiple regions is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the Deel platform is a plus.
• Understanding of compensation and benefits regulations and compliance requirements in the APAC and EMEA regions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience utilizing benchmarking data and compensation/benefits analytics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of simplifying complex Total Rewards concepts.
• High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
