This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Establish, nurture, and grow relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Drive revenue from parts sales while ensuring margin stability or growth.
• Meet sales and profitability targets.
• Support revenue enhancement strategies for the ITW FEG parts market.
• Monitor performance metrics to foster continuous improvement.
• Oversee collaborative partner planning processes and relationships.
• Deliver a positive customer service experience.
• Assist with research initiatives for market and industry analysis.
• A Bachelor’s degree coupled with at least 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing leadership.
• A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Solid understanding and demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Experience in utilizing sales, marketing, and technical resources to meet business goals.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation abilities.
• Project management expertise.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, MSQuery, Access, PowerPoint).
• Financial acumen with a focus on budget management and investment analysis.
