Regional Partnerships Manager – FL, GA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Awards Program in your designated region.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with districts, schools, charter networks, and various educational organizations.

• Collaborate with G/T coordinators, district administrators, principals, and superintendents to generate referrals.

• Enhance the visibility of National Math Stars through participation in conferences, presentations, district meetings, and school events.

• Manage the entire recruitment funnel for your region from start to finish.

• Anticipate 30–50% travel to engage with partners and attend events, particularly during peak recruitment periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, account management, or partnerships within a K-12 focused organization.

• In-depth knowledge of and established connections within the K-12 education system in your area — preferably including ties with G/T coordinators, teachers, or district administrators.

• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and follow-through; adept at building systems and relationships with minimal oversight in a remote-first setting.

• Strong organizational capabilities, with the capacity to manage a high-volume partnership pipeline while meeting strict deadlines.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences — from superintendents to first-year teachers and families.

• A genuine passion for our mission: to identify mathematically exceptional students who are the furthest from opportunity and connect them to a decade of support.

• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and conferences.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is advantageous, but not mandatory.
