Regional Partnership Manager, K-12 Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a detailed territory strategy aimed at achieving enrollment objectives, expanding partnerships, and meeting revenue targets.

• Identify, engage, and nurture new partnerships with schools and districts within a designated region.

• Create and sustain a strong pipeline of opportunities throughout the territory.

• Lead intricate sales discussions and assist prospects in navigating their decision-making journey.

• Analyze trends within the territory, market possibilities, and competitive landscapes to inform growth strategies.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Principals, School Counselors, and district decision-makers.

• Act as a consultative partner by comprehensively understanding school needs and suggesting solutions that enhance student achievement.

• Deliver impactful presentations to school and district leadership teams.

• Represent Penn Foster at regional and national conferences, industry events, and partner meetings.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Admissions, Academics, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure a top-notch partner experience.

• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, sharing market insights, partner feedback, and growth prospects.

• Forge strong internal connections and utilize organizational resources to address challenges and add value for partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of proven success in sales, business development, partnership development, account management, or a related field.

• Experience in K-12 education, educational services, EdTech, curriculum, workforce development, or similar industries.

• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and enhance strategic customer relationships.

• Proven capability to manage a large territory and engage multiple stakeholder groups effectively.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as necessary.
