Regional Partnership Manager, K-12 Education

📋 Description

• Drive Strategic Growth

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the territory aimed at achieving enrollment, expanding partnerships, and meeting revenue objectives

• Identify, engage, and nurture new partnerships with schools and districts within the designated region

• Create and sustain a strong pipeline of opportunities across the territory

• Lead intricate sales discussions and assist prospects throughout the decision-making journey

• Analyze trends within the territory, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes to shape growth strategies

• Build Meaningful Relationships

• Establish reliable connections with Principals, School Counselors, and key district decision-makers

• Act as a consultative partner by grasping school needs and suggesting solutions that enhance student achievement

• Deliver engaging presentations to school and district leadership teams

• Represent Penn Foster at regional and national conferences, industry events, and partner meetings

• Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Admissions, Academics, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure an outstanding partner experience

• Serve as the customer's voice internally, sharing market insights, partner feedback, and growth potentials

• Foster strong internal relationships and utilize organizational resources to address challenges and create value for partners


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• Over 5 years of proven success in sales, business development, partnership development, account management, or a similar field

• Experience within K-12 education, educational services, EdTech, curriculum development, workforce development, or related sectors

• Proven track record of generating new business and nurturing strategic customer relationships

• Demonstrated capability to manage a large territory and engage multiple stakeholder groups

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities

• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as necessary
