This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts located along the South Coast.
• Your main duty is to cultivate any new accounts added to your portfolio, assist our Business Development team during the mobilization phase, retain current accounts by developing opportunities and strategies, and enhance your portfolio and broader business prospects by collaborating with regional resources.
• Take charge of the business relationship with the customer, fostering relationships with senior-level customers and Veolia stakeholders.
• Conduct internal contract review meetings at the Director and Investco / EXCO levels, ensuring all contract elements are fulfilled according to client expectations.
• Engage with key stakeholders to manage and implement business innovation, best practices, and strategic value projects across all relevant customer accounts and portfolios.
• Assume full responsibility for the generation and growth of Revenue and Net Revenue across designated Strategic Accounts.
• Collaborate with account managers to develop individual Account Management Plans for each client aspect, providing complete visibility of all account details to relevant personnel.
• Maintain customer touch plans that support the strategic alignment of all service delivery and management functions, including 'top-to-top' senior management and sector leadership teams.
• Ensure debt levels are managed according to each account's commercial terms and assist with any invoice disputes.
• Cultivate sector-specific knowledge to become the expert on industry trends, commercial outlooks, future market trends, and customer business objectives.
• Oversee the account renewal process, delivering a value proposition to customers that encompasses financial, operational, and CSR improvements, while also sustaining and enhancing the net revenue of services to Veolia.
• Proven experience in driving and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, identifying challenges and trends to provide long-term strategic insights.
• Capability to drive solutions from concept to execution.
• Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in waste management and healthcare is preferred.
