This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify and secure strategic partners that enhance growth across our key regions and sectors.
• Develop regional partnership strategies that facilitate Enfuce's entry into new European markets.
• Lead the outbound partner development process from research and qualification to the signing of agreements.
• Create persuasive partner propositions that promote co-selling, integration, and referral models.
• Collaborate across functions to initiate joint go-to-market strategies.
• Establish relationships with regional ecosystem participants, consultancies, and market influencers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and monitor commercial outcomes.
• Negotiate partnership agreements that deliver long-term value for both parties.
• Proven experience in closing strategic partnerships in fintech, payments, or embedded finance.
• Strong knowledge of card issuing, scheme dynamics, and issuer infrastructure.
• Confidence in navigating complex commercial, legal, and compliance discussions.
• Commercial acumen with a proactive, hunter mentality.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders in financial services and technology sectors.
• Fluency in English plus at least one additional European language.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or Polish, along with strong regional networks in Iberia, Southern Europe, or Central & Eastern Europe, is highly desirable.
