This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships within the ANZ and South East Asia regions.
• Identify, onboard, empower, and oversee referral, reseller, and alliance partners.
• Propel pipeline generation, deal advancement, and revenue enhancement.
• Ensure partners are well-informed about Rimini Street's offerings.
• Foster enduring relationships with partners that contribute to NCI revenue growth in the region.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to address partner requirements and joint initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and deliver regular reports.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales and partner management within a global software or IT services organization.
• Strong executive relationships with partners.
• Skilled in influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
• Proficient in CRM and partner management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota targets.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
• Additional languages (spoken and written) are preferred.
