📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate potential Community Organizers

• Oversee a team consisting of up to 10 Organizers

• Guide organizing personnel throughout training sessions

• Facilitate regular one-on-one meetings with team members

• Assess outcomes and disseminate effective practices
