Regional Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all associates adopt the Sciens safety culture and adhere to all safety initiatives.

• Provide assistance for regional solutions, engineering, project management, and service departments for the designated Divisions.

• Oversee the budget while achieving revenue and gross margin objectives for the assigned Divisions.

• Aid divisions in liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to implement plans, programs, and processes aimed at meeting or surpassing market potential.

• Conduct pre-bid assessments with Division management and regional leadership for large-scale projects.

• Create and implement standardized processes for the region that enhance operational outcomes.

• Develop and manage the training program for project managers within the region.

• Ensure proper execution of monthly project cost and work in progress (WIP) analysis for the assigned Division.

• Communicate financial information effectively to the senior executive team and take corrective measures as required.

• Foster a high-performance culture at the Division level.

• Assist in manpower planning and allocation for the assigned Divisions.

• Cultivate strong operational leadership within the assigned Divisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in an operations manager position within the fire and life safety sector.

• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including company leadership, regional staff, contractors, customers, and vendors.

• A strong, positive team builder with demonstrated leadership skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of current fire and life safety systems.

• Advanced understanding of profit and loss statements and key financial indicators.

• Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.
