Regional Operational Excellence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Driving ongoing enhancements, operational effectiveness, and strategic capability development across various production facilities.

• Collaborating with site leaders, functional stakeholders, and senior management.

• Leading Black Belt level projects, which include initiatives across multiple functions and sites.

• Coaching leaders, project teams, and frontline employees on Operational Excellence principles, behaviors, tools, and problem-solving techniques.

• Instilling a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the region.

• Working in partnership with Finance to ensure compliance with corporate accounting standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

• Over 7 years of experience in leading operational excellence, Lean, or continuous improvement within a manufacturing, supply chain, or production context.

• Proven track record of successfully leading Black Belt level initiatives with demonstrated financial results.

• Strong capabilities in coaching, facilitation, influence, and change leadership.

• Established ability to drive cultural transformation and maintain long-term behavioral change.

• 50% travel is required for this role.
