This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.
• Oversee the complete student lifecycle—from application processing to final conversion—across all channel partner offices within the designated region.
• Drive and achieve specific student conversion targets tailored to the region.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with channel partners.
• Negotiate commercial and operational terms, ensuring mutual alignment and sustainable growth.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous training to partner teams.
• Maintain active engagement with partners through consistent communication, reviews, and field visits.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance regional reach and student volumes.
• Attain a thorough understanding of KC Overseas’ business model, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all partner offices strictly comply with established processes, documentation standards, and ethical practices.
• Serve as the escalation point for resolving operational or quality issues at the partner level.
• Guide and train agents to enhance the quality and quantity of student applications.
• Conduct regular knowledge-sharing and process-training sessions for partner teams.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Business Units to ensure partners have access to up-to-date information regarding countries, universities, and processes.
• Work closely with Head Office teams to:
• Identify region-specific challenges and support needs.
• Ensure timely operational, academic, and marketing assistance to partners.
• Act as the representative voice of the region in Head Office discussions and planning.
• Plan and implement regional marketing initiatives in conjunction with the Head Office marketing team.
• Provide on-ground support for events, seminars, fairs, and marketing activities led by partners.
• Tailor marketing strategies to align with regional market dynamics and partner requirements.
• Travel extensively throughout the assigned region, covering key cities and towns, to promote business growth, partner engagement, and operational consistency.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business) is preferred.
• A total of 4–7 years of experience, with at least 2+ years in the International Education sector.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders.
• Capability to quickly learn and apply domain knowledge.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A problem-solver, adept at navigating complex situations to achieve positive outcomes for students and partners.
