This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement account strategies aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring retention.

• Discover new business prospects within current accounts as well as new potential clients across South Africa and Africa.

• Serve as the main contact for key automotive clients, prominent dealer groups, and OEM relationships, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.

• Establish robust relationships with key decision-makers and effectively communicate how Keyloop generates measurable business outcomes, aligning global OEM strategies with localized South African priorities.

• Evaluate market trends and client feedback to guide product development and innovation initiatives.

• Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and the upselling of additional services.

• Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure client needs are not only met but exceeded.

• Manage all stages of the sales funnel, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing solutions that satisfy customer requirements.

• Create multi-year strategic account plans that align with customer priorities and Keyloop’s objectives.

• Possess a deep understanding of customer operations, dealership workflows, dynamics, and growth strategies.

• Prepare regular reports detailing account performance and progress towards targets.

• Exhibit strategic thinking capabilities that enhance productivity year-over-year, facilitating double-digit business growth and increased wallet share.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of B2B sales experience within the automotive industry.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI in sales to enhance functionality and capabilities.

• A demonstrated track record of achieving sales in a technology solution environment where ROI has been driven by business process change and optimization.

• Ability to showcase a professional, structured sales methodology, incorporating prospecting, contact management, qualification, presentation, objection handling, and closing techniques.

• Capable of objectively analyzing a market and identifying relevant target prospects.

• Proficient in developing existing accounts while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to analyze client data and market trends to foster business growth.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Highly computer literate with familiarity in CRM/SFA systems.
