Regional National Missing and Unidentified Persons System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Responsible for case intake, conducting data quality assessments, and providing direct support to agencies involved in the management of missing and unidentified persons cases within NamUs.

• Assists with ongoing programs and initiatives related to NamUs.

• Oversees and delivers complimentary forensic services, including DNA, dental, fingerprint, Forensic Genetic Genealogy (FGG), and anthropology.

• Offers technical support to both state and local users while assessing the effectiveness of NamUs to support medicolegal and other investigative efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in law enforcement, forensic science, or death investigation is necessary.
