Regional MyoPro® Orthotist/Prosthetist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Implements referral generation and awareness initiatives within the designated territory to support the divisional referral goals and performance standards set by the Field Operations Division Manager, including clinical education, in-services, and training presentations.

• Advocates for Myomo products to enhance the MyoPro clinical network across both direct-bill and partner-supported care models.

• Establishes and nurtures professional relationships with physicians, therapists, rehabilitation clinics, O&P facilities, and other healthcare stakeholders.

• Works collaboratively with Myomo Business Development, Clinical Outcomes, Clinical Services & Education, and MyoCare teams.

• Efficiently manages the assigned territory and travel to maximize field productivity while aligning coverage, activities, and priorities with the divisional objectives set by the Field Operations Division Manager.

• Engages in local and regional industry meetings, conferences, and trade shows as appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Credentialed and licensed (as required) by ABC or BOC as either CPO, CO, or CP.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and accreditation in orthotics/prosthetics.

• Skills in evaluation, casting/scanning, and fitting of orthotics/prosthetics.

• Strong and empathetic communication skills with customers.

• Familiarity with EMR systems and proficiency in Outlook or Gmail.

• Preferred experience in sales/account management/referral generation.

• Ability to obtain orthotic licensure in certain states may be necessary, depending on the territory.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate effective and lasting relationships with therapists and providers.

• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation; demonstrating integrity, initiative, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Highly professional and tactful in all internal and external interactions, maintaining the highest standards of care and professional ethics.

• Capability to quickly learn and master new technologies, with a passion for teaching others how to utilize new technologies (including AI).

• Commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence.

• Proven track record in supporting referral generation and business growth through clinician education, relationship development, and professional engagement.
